Job Description – Customer Support Manager

We are looking for fantastic customer & partner relationship talents eager to help corporate managers create success with  Generative-AI based business solutions. You will identify business opportunities and explore their needs in online calls or visits. Our experts will support you in any technological or process related questions. Your contacts are either business partners or customers, typically department or business unit leaders, in marketing, sales, HR, R&D, logistics, production and many other units.

Responsibility

As Customer Support Manager, you will
* Identify well matching corporate AI implementation opportunities.
* Research the necessary customer insights to judge their possible benefit from working with us.
* Collaborate with our top technology or methodology experts whenever needed.
* Ensuring that our partners and customers are successfully when using BlueCallom.

Experience and Requirement

  • Requirements include, above average curiosity, communication skills, creativity, fast learner, instant autonomous engagement.
  • Experience with Generative AI like ChatGPT and GPTBlue is necessary

  • Two+ years track record in corporate sales or partner management
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Experience with Software as a Service business

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. We are all happy to think, create, work, and grow together. We are all BTO (Back to Office).
Home office won’t work for us.
