Customer Success Manager – Germany

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an exceptional customer relationship talent, eager to help enterprises create success with breakthrough innovation. You will identify business opportunities, explore their needs and interests in innovation and guide them on their way to innovation. You will be supported by our experts on presentations and also as questions arise from customers or prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Customer Success Manager, you will
* Identify exciting opportunities in Germany.
* Research the necessary customer insights to judge their possible benefit from working with us.
* Collaborate with our top innovation experts and pull them in whenever needed.
* Manage the overall relationship, activities, and a forward-looking engagement schedule.
* Generating sales in Germany.
* Ensuring that our customers are successfully innovating.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience as Enterprise Sales Manager
* Good understanding of the innovation space is an advantage
* Experience with Software as a Service business is another advantage
* Professional relationship building with top-level managers
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Swiss or EU citizen or a Swiss work permit

BUSINESS LOCATION

* The office is either Zürich or Stuttgart
* You have the opportunity to work partially from home
* If the general situation permits, you will travel to our customers
