Alyssa is doing the magic on everything graphical for marketing and for the BlueCallom platform. She manages our website and handles external outreach and marketing. Alyssa is a communications professional with previous experience in both entrepreneurial and bigger companies. She is also the marketing manager at the World Innovations Forum.

Axel is co-founder and CEO of the BlueCallom Group and co-founder and a member of the board of trustees at the World Innovations Forum Foundation. He is a 4x entrepreneur with four successful exits and founder of the San Francisco Accelerator in 2014, where BlueCallom originated. After building four highly innovative businesses and based on another six years of experience helping startups develop a disruptive business model, he was researching how our mind composes and processes innovative ideas. In 2016 he created the Innovations Paradigm model and in 2018 the Deep Innovation Design model with its neuro-ideation method at its core.
Cleo is the Product Manager for BlueCallom Deep, the most advanced Innovation & Ideation Management system. Shaping the strategic aspects of product development, including product definition and roadmap, functional prioritization, managing the beta test phase in close collaboration with our customers. Cleo is also working on the user experience side and in close collaboration with the founding team.
George is a highly experienced sales executive continuously exceeding sales goals for years. He is responsible for enterprise sales, focusing on businesses seeking to optimize their effort for more innovation and disruptive business models in the United States.

Marita is co-founder and COO of the BlueCallom Group and co-founder and a member of the board of trustees at the World Innovations Forum Foundation. She was instrumental in developing the Innovations Paradigm and later the Deep Innovation Design Model. Prior to that, she was a four times entrepreneur, with four exits, three of them together with her husband, Axel Schultze.
Matthes Fleck Ph.D.

Prof. Dr. Matthes Fleck Director of the Institute of communication and Marketing (IKM), Professor for digital business. Prof Fleck holds a Phd. from the University of St. Gallen. His research focus is on peer-to-peer networks, digital innovation management and platform economy. Matthes teaches on executive and consecutive level at Lucerne School of Business, University of St. Gallen, University of Zurich and BI Oslo. Since 2015 he is working in cooperation with Society 3 and is a board member of the World Innovation Forum as well as BlueCallom.
Tanja is the first go-to-point for most initial contacts and coordinates inquiries within the organization and our teams in the field. She handles all back-office work, including accounting.

Cafer was a long-time senior executive at SAP, very involved in the development of the D-School helping embrace Design Thinking. As BlueCallom advisory board member he is involved in the innovation space at large, accelerating the development of human ingenuity around the world.

Thomas Kern holds a master in computer science from ETH Zürich and an EMBA from HSG St. Gallen. In 2003 Thomas founded an independent company to provide advisory, business development and project management services to early-stage and growth companies active in the high-tech sector by leveraging the lean startup methodology. In current client relationships Thomas leads several digital transformation initiatives for major financial institutions with the objective to optimise innovation processes and apply design thinking together with agile software development to capture the business value of the digital transformation.
In 2015 Thomas co-founded the Swiss Fintech Angels (SFA) initiative and in 2016 he won the support of a two years grant by the Swiss CTI the federal innovation promotion agency responsible for encouraging science-based innovation in Switzerland.
