Requirements & Terms
1) TECHNOLOGY
You confirm that you always have access to high-speed Internet, a webcam, and a microphone and speaker.
2) PAYMENT/INVOICE
Part of the credit card payment process is that you receive automatically an invoice that you can store as PDF and use it for your bookkeeping.
3) PURCHASE ORDER
If you CANNOT use CREDIT CARDS please send us your company’s purchase order with PROGRAM ID, START DATE and NAME OF ATTENDEE(s). We will send you an invoice within 2 business days and expect your payment at least 7 days prior to the program begin to hold your seat.
4) REIMBURSEMENT
If we have to cancel the program for whatever reason, we reimburse 100% of the program fee. If you have to cancel your attendance more than 90 days prior to the program’s start, we will reimburse 100% of the paid fee. If you cancel between 90 and 30 days prior to the program’s start, we will reimburse 50% of the paid fee. Thereafter no reimbursement is possible.
