VP Enterprise Sales

Our cloud-based software platform is using Artificial Intelligence and leveraging neuroscience to amplify ingenuity and provide a KPI-Framework that makes innovation success predictable. Our solution is still in an early stage, yet we provide by far the most advanced innovation management solution. Our founders spent most of their business life in Silicon Valley – and that is present in our culture.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an enterprise relationship talent, helping executives construct a predictable and success-focused innovation group within their enterprise. The current focus is Europe. You will help the most advanced companies to select the best suitable innovation management solution for their business. Deal sizes are six to eight-digit figures.

Responsibilities as VP Enterprise Sales

  • Identifying, managing, and closing well-matching enterprise innovation opportunities.
  • Help executives envision building a highly success-driven innovation organization.
  • Collaborate with our top innovation experts and pull them in when you need top resources.
  • Building up the sales organization and hiring teams accordingly.
  • Use your networking skills to connect yourself with the innovation space.

Qualifications as VP Enterprise Sales

  • Proven experience as Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Professional relationship building with C-Level executives.
  • Experience in closing six to eight-digit deal sizes.
  • Leadership skills and experience building a sales force from scratch.
  • Exceptional communication skills in German and English.
  • A good understanding of the innovation space is an advantage.
  • Live long learning qualities such as continuously enhancing your relevant experience levels.
  • Curiosity, creativity, courageousness, and communication are some key soft skills you have.

General Requirements 

  • Native German and fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Swiss or European citizen or have a valid Swiss Work Permit
