Full Job Description – Junior Sales Specialist
Responsibility

Build up a robust sales pipeline of prospects with short and mid-term interest in Agentic-AI solutions.

Create and manage a contact list based on news, industry trends, pro-active outreach, and your industry connections.

Drive sales initiatives you created and engage with prospects.
About you
- 2+ years of experience in sales outreach.

You love to network and connect with professional business leaders.

Compelling writing skills and a creative mind.

Proactive, fast, and excited by new ideas and early-stage tech.

Passionate about AI, enterprise innovation, and building things that matter.
- An empathic talent sensing how others would experience what we are doing or communicating.
Qualification
Target Market Experience
- You have experience working with our target market, including small, medium, and large enterprises, mainly in the B2B Market.
Creative & Communication Skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Good track record in corporate sales or partner management.
- Your friendly, helpful, and inspiring attitude opens many doors.
- You know to use CRM systems and keep track of follow-ups
Digital & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in social media engagement, Social Selling, Online Networking
- Well-versed with ChatGPT, Sythesia, and other AI tools
- Rapid new technology adoption. You will utilize AI Agents to accelerate content creation and develop concepts for additional agents.
General Sales Talent
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally in a tech or start-up environment.
- Connect with a large number of people every day.
- Research customer insights to judge their possible benefit from working with us.
- Ensuring that top opportunities are best supported and connected internally
- Help prepare meetings for our corporate and partner sales managers
- Be creative in your outreach.
Our Location & Office
8008 Zürich, Switzerland
Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
Home office won’t work for us.
