Enterprise AI Pilot Program Details
1) Agentic AI Solution
THE PRODUCT
Every major Enterprise AI Solution is available for a pilot program. This includes DISRUPT, TRANSFORM, COMPLY, COMPETE, and BANKCIRO. You will use a fully functional solution with little to no restrictions. All solutions are hosted at the agreed-upon Cloud provider.
2) Management Workshop
½ DAY WORKSHOP
The half-day Management Workshop helps participants gain a deeper insight into Enterprise AI Horizon and the most profound differences between Agentic AI, and conventional software solutions.
It is designed to broaden management’s perspective on identifying opportunities with Enterprise AI that others may not recognize.
It also helps the size the full scope of Enterprise AI.
3) Project Workshop
2 DAY PROJECT WORKSHOP
In this Project Workshop, you will learn about the operational functionality of the solutions as well as the methodology used to achieve their results. We jointly set up the solution’s first run and discussed what to consider. It will be a pivotal workshop for fine-tuning objectives, gaining insight into the processes at runtime, and understanding how the entire Agentic AI system flows.
4) Joint Setup
ONE DAY SETUP AND EXECUTION
