As a BlueCallom Office Assistant, you will be wearing different hats. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who can manage various tasks with precision and professionalism.
- You are the first point of contact for incoming calls. Although we use AI Agents for most inbound communication, we also welcome calls.
- You coordinate internal and external meetings and events
- You will be instrumental in facilitating internal and external communications.
- You are coordinating day-to-day activities and supporting key business functions.
- You will manage agents who help with all the coordination.
About you
- 2+ years of experience in an assistant role.

You speak flawless English and German.

You are highly organized and tech-savvy, including ChatGPT.

You love to network and professionally connect with business leaders.

Compelling writing skills and a creative mind.

Proactive, fast, and an exceptional positive mindset.
Qualification
Operational Expectations
- Excellent and flawless communication skills in German and English
- A Swiss passport or a work permit is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in a tech or start-up environment
Technology Experience
- Technology affinity is a must
- Proficiency with ChatGPT, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, Presentations, and other business-relevant tools
- Social Media affine
- Experience using AI-Agents is a plus

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
