Partner Opportunity Registration Terms in a nutshell
- We will never compete with you on an opportunity as long as you have a valid agreement with us. You have that in writing.
- It’s first come, first served. Our resources are limited, so we can only support one partner, and we choose the first partner who registers an opportunity.
- Legally we cannot “protect” a partner and we won’t do so. However, 90% of the commission is paid to the first partner with whom we jointly invested time and resources. The partner who closes a deal will get 10% of the commission.
- We reserve the right to de-register an opportunity if no progress is reported for 3-6 months.
- We reserve the right to adjust this Partner Opportunity Registration from time to time to adjust it to the latest experience.
