Job Description – Professional AI Services Manager
Responsibility
BlueCallom’s Professional AI Services Manager will be among the first to have complete AI support. You will work with specialized Enterprise AI Services Agents trained and set up for Consulting, Implementation, Training, and Support, as well as our human experts.
Eight strategic responsibilities:
1) Customer Service Relationships
As the main interface to our customers regarding consulting, implementation, training, and support projects, you will work closely with product management, sales, engineering, and operations.
2) AI Agent Relations
The AI Agents for Professional AI Services have a fully autonomous character but are still moderated by and guided by you. AI Agent Management is a new skill set for humans that you will embrace during your different workflows and train during the training programs.
3) Consulting
Coordinating, organizing, moderating, and managing consulting sessions with customers and BlueCallom experts. The services are provided with the support and expertise of BlueCallom’s dedicated consulting Agents, who report to the Professional AI Services Manager.
4) Implementation
Coordinating, organizing, and managing on-site BlueCallom Enterprise AI Solution implementation programs, including system setup and training on the job. The implementation plans and coordination are primarily handled by BlueCallom’s AI Agents, who report to the Professional AI Services Manager. The implementation plans and guiding material are primarily prepared by BlueCallom’s AI Agents, who report to the Professional AI Services Manager.
5) Training
Creating, organizing, and conducting BlueCallom Enterprise AI Solution trainings, including agentic AI impact workshops and trainings. The training programs, training marketing, and curricula are primarily developed by BlueCallom’s AI Agents, who report to the Professional AI Services Manager.
6) Support
Coordinating, managing, and providing Enterprise AI Solution support for our customers, including orchestrating support from our BlueCallom Experts. The support requests are primarily orchestrated and prepared by BlueCallom’s AI Agent,s who report to the Professional AI Services Manager.
7) AI Agent Skill Development
Based on your work experience and the agent collaboration experience of our customers, you will help the Agent Design Teams further develop those agents and create new agents for solutions that would not be possible without them.
8) Customer Success
You are successful when customers describe our services as outstanding.
About you
- 2+ years as a professional services manager in the high-tech industry.
- You have the common sense to identify opportunities and differentiate between the best possible and good enough.
- Collaborate with other top experts and expert communities in the field
- Live long learning qualities, such as continuously enhancing your relevant experience levels.
Qualification
Domain Experience
- You have a good understanding of today’s latest AI models and their impact, including LLMs, GPT-01, 03, 04, and APIs.
- You have experience as a consultant and the empathy to help others
- You have trained others in technology and are used to preparing your own curriculum and training material.
- Cloud or SaaS implementations are nothing new to you; you have the technical and business experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
