GENERATIVE AI (CHAT BOT, Co-Pilot)
It all started in Nov 2022 with ChatGPT, the most popular representation of Generative AI. Gen-AI is where one user performs one task, with the help of one prompt. Typically using a chatbot for the interaction with the AI.

AGENTIC AI (Agents and Multi-Agent Systems)
Agentic AI was a quantum leap. It started around early 2024. Agents are multi-functional systems. They can interact with its environment, e.g, send content via email, store data in a database, interact with APIs to other systems, learn, reason and make decisions based on internal or external events. Agents can act autonomously, which was a breakthrough. A user could now perform more complex tasks and organize a structured application by using multiple agents. Orchestraters are used to manage and coordinate multiple agents. However, Agents are typically programmed in Python and access the AI based on requests from the python code. The overarching control of an Agent supported application is still bound to conventional software and conventional coding mechanisms.
SUMMARY: One User – Multiple Tasks – Many Prompts – Orchestrated Processes – Computer code based.
ENTERPRISE AI (Clustered Multi-Agent Systems)
Enterprise AI is yet another quantum leap. It started in summer 2024 with a new method that turns agents into Native-AI objects. The Prompt-over-Code method allowed adaptive and intelligent workflows instead of stiff and hard coded software processes. It allowed us to build functionalities like ultra-high quality sales lead generation, human comparable ideation for R&D and Innovation, rapid compliance management systems development, business transformation with a bottom-up approach, Agents that build other Agents, and similar applications that are not possible with conventional software. Moreover, it allows what we call induced productivity. In a Native-AI business network we can induce productivity not only into internal workflows but also into business partners, vendors, without the need to access or have insights into their data.

ENTERPRISES’ EXPECTATIONS
To satisfy the needs of strategic AI in Enterprises, the code-based agent technology, would dilute all the possible AI advantages and take IT back stiff processes. Scalability, development speed, user friendliness, would not increase. Intelligent workflows, self-adaptable business processes, solutions with intrinsic intelligence would not be possible. Productivity gains would be limited to selected tasks but not enterprise wide.

Where are we taking it in 2026
INNOVATION
We are continuing to innovate on all aspects of Enterprise AI. In January we will introduce the next generation Enterprise AI Solution technology. SPEED
We expect to continue with the increasing speed of development. Also, next year we expect to double the product development volume. This will not only impact on the product range but also the intelligence the applications will carry forward.
ASYNCHRONOUS WORFLOW AMPLIFICATON
We will take our asynchronous workflow clusters to an all-new level. This will open up mind bending opportunities, simulations, scenario development that is hard for the human brain to think through. But with the help of AI we ae able to construct the vision.
HUMAN INTELLIGENCE AUGMENTATION
In 2026 we may see the first results of Human Intelligence Augmentation unfold at a level that may be frightening to some but just because the new thinking has never allowed us to think that wide and deep. At this point it is no longer all about AI but also about learnings from Neuro Linguistics.
EDUCATION
The continuous increase in speed will define how, what and why we learn. The most important learning in 2026 is our ability to express our intention, explain its context and declare the expected outcome. It’s easier said than done.
