Full Job Description – Agentic-AI Solutions Designer
Responsibility
You will work on the leading edge of Agentic-AI, including:
- Building agents and multi-agent cluster networks for enterprise-wide AI solutions.
- Consistently deliver solutions that scale.
- Building advanced autonomous technologies in the agentic realm.
- Build and leverage non-linear process functionalities.
- Maximize results, leveraging OpenAI, Weaviant, Perplexity, and other tools.
- Leverage our ‘Prompt-over-Code’ method. PoC is not a no-code system, but a process hierarchy. Prompts lead the process, and function calls include the necessary execution code.
- Model development, genetic computing, synaptic agent connections, and more.
- Continuously expand your technological knowledge into neuroscience to better understand the vastness of the human brain and some rudimentary functions of human interaction.
About you
- 1+ years of experience with Agentic AI development
- You have the common sense to identify the risks and opportunities associated with our work, as we are working in a space that has not been explored yet.
- Collaborate with other top experts and expert communities in the field
- Live long learning qualities, such as continuously enhancing your relevant experience levels.
- A degree in data science, computer science, or neuro linguistics is a plus.
Qualification
Technical Experience
- Working experience with Generative-AI incl. LLMs, GPT-01, 03, 04, and APIs.
- Experience in writing function calls and LangChain applications.
- You need to have experience with Python or ColdFusion programming.
- Experience with model fine-tuning and OpenAI Embeddings.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), like Whisper, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Our Location & Office
8008 Zürich, Switzerland
Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
Home office won’t work for us.
