START: Innovation Definition & Objectives
Innovation Managers describe the company who is building the innovation, the business field, and the corporate contingencies for a possible innovation, together with target audience, budgets, and other important aspects of the innovation process defined within the BlueCallom Innovation Framework – Winner of the “German Innovation Award 2024”. A set of Agents will use this information and many other success-relevant parameters to construct an innovation environment and create its own Small Language Model.
Phase #1 Innovation Opportunity Discovery
The ground zero of the Autonomous Innovation Process – At this stage, the possible innovation is unknown and will be discovered by a set of AI Agents. These will conduct market research, team interviews, and intelligent market and business assessments, together with customer research for additional insights to understand the biggest unsolved problems. The specially trained AI Agents may iterate through hundreds of scenarios and their permutations, and construct the best opportunity.
Phase #2 Neuro Ideation & Creation
Based on the latest neuroscience discoveries and the help of human ingenuity, an AI Agent will iterate through multiple innovation methods and develop the best possible solution scenario, delivering a highly innovative concept. This step is also possible without human interaction. Another set of agents is conducting a feasibility study, plausibility assessment, company strategy alignment and more. It finally develops a degree of innovation to ensure that is truly a breakthrough.
Phase #3 Innovation Concept Validation
Before any investment is made, multiple AI agents conduct market validation with customers. Agents create a presentation and provide it to customers (or to human teammates) and ask three specific, success-relevant questions. The responses are then evaluated by another agent, which generates an unbiased report detailing the likelihood of success. If the probability of success is not high enough, the process can return to the beginning. Otherwise, one of the agents will prepare an Innovation Financing presentation for the next phase.
Phase #4 Innovation Financing & ROI
The Innovation Financing Presentation is presented or sent to the respective manager or CFO for approval. Agents have prepared the financial data, investment stages, capex and opex requirements, go-to-market phases, and ROI calculations. The CFO or person responsible for releasing the budget will confirm or reject in the system to continue or stop the process. The final output is a budget, resource, and timetable for the team to build the solution or for the AI to create the necessary software.
Phase #5 Innovation Blueprint Development
A separate group of AI agents creates the blueprint for the innovation solution, utilizing different agents based on the innovation type—such as hardware, software, food, chemicals, or energy. The blueprint will include an overall product building plan, parts planning, assembly plans, necessary design and user experience plans, and more. While this episode may require some customization and could delay the process by a few days, the agents will assist in identifying any additional requirements needed.
Phase #6 Innovation Solution Building
At this stage, Agents are supporting mechanical or other non software building processes, by providing best practices based on the necessary material or production processes. Software can widely be built by respectively trained agents. If needed, Agents develop customer training plans as well as training material. Additionally, other agents create support processes, explore safety measures, and prepare for registrations and patent applications. Finally, they assist in crafting product descriptions, user manuals, and managing packaging and package resources.

As the first MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) are created for select customers to test, Product Marketing agents create a beta test plan using insights from previous steps and invite beta users to participate. Once initial positive market feedback is received, a series of agents will construct the outreach program. Open Innovation
Can I run open Innovation projects with BlueCallom DISRUPT. Yes, you can. You can add as many contributors as you like. Our Zero Subscription business model does not charge by user but only by consumption. A contributing user may generate a consumption cost at around 2 cent (€/$/CHF).
I only want to use it in R&D not for big disruptions
You can use it for all cases where you need some new concepts. Whether it is disruptive or not is mostly defined by its initial contingencies. In any case you may be surprised by its outcome.
We have never done any true innovation
You don’t need any particular background to be innovative. And in conjunction with BlueCallom DISRUPT, the agents manage almost all of the administration and navigation of the process. You will get detailed reports from each step each agent is doing and how the entire process progresses. We still recommend a one day workshop to get familiar with enterprise AI solutions.

Our business is built on a “Zero Subscription” model allowing you to add any number of employees to the solutions. Only if they use BlueCallom we charge for consumption. Consumption is a sandwich of Cloud Infrastructure, AI Usage cost, Platform cost, Development and Maintenance cost and Tech Support. For BlueCallom Disrupt it starts with € 5,000 for an entire Innovation Project.

What is your AI technology backend?
BlueCallom Agentic AI Solutions use Open AI GPT-4-o or GPT-o-1 preview for the interaction with their LLM. The BlueCallom AAIS Technology (Agentic AI Solutions) is designed for large scale application in a clustered multi-agent environment. Multi-Agent systems can be a cluster of even bigger solutions.
What about Agent and Multi Agent Systems
All BlueCallom applications are currently all multiagent systems. BlueCallom DISRUPT is built with a cluster of 8 multi agent systems. Each cluster represents a major episode in the innovation processes and is an autonomous multiagent system. Eight of these clusters form the entire Innovation Development Solution.
How do BlueAgents communicate with each other?
BlueCallom developed an open and structured AAIS Framework with an agent to agent communication protocol. This allows third party developer develop agents that can be embedded in other solutions. Very much like braincells, agents connect with a pre- and post synaptic handshake to ensure that those third party agent match the basic requirements of the Agent before and after the third party agent. How do you build non linear processes
AI systems are generally so called multi threated systems. Since 2020 we developed non linear innovation processes and leverage parallel processes that stimulate users to think forward and backward in parallel to the main path. Agents or agent clusters can no take over that responsibility and intelligently keep the entire innovation process with all its complexity in managed multi taking manner.
What are non-linar process examples
An innovation process is generally non-linear. Innovators constantly have to look back if what they invent is still in synch with objectives, market requirements, opportunities, company constraints, budgets and time. Today all that is an autonomous process done by agents. At the same time innovators need to look forward and send ideas and things to consider when building or marketing the solution to the future teams. Also this is done now by agents who capture those aspects and use it at the right time with the right content to the right people.
How can we customize the innovation process?
You could get access to the agent network and either create additional agents which you can drag and drop into a BlueCallom Agent Network or develop entire Multi agent clusters and add them to the solution (Agentic Hyper Cluster). The AAIS Framework helps you make those connections.
How can we integrate our current IT and data?
In general, integrations can be done via APIs. However BlueCallom DISRUPT is a self contained end-to-end solution and does not need any company internal data access. The solution DISRUPT develops is unique and new and current data from ERP or CRM are not required. However if you see a need to connect to internal data we can certainly achieve that with a standard API access driven by functions within BlueCallom function calls.
What data security practices do you have?
There are multiple layers. One is our cloud provider i.e. Google in Zürich, the AI Backend provider Open AI with GPT. And our own efforts how data are structured, backup, and how access control is given. We are more than happy to share our confidential information with your security experts.
