Coordinating, and involve our experts in providing Enterprise AI Solution support.
The support requests are primarily orchestrated and prepared by BlueCallom’s AI Agents, who report to the Professional AI Services Manager.
AI Agent Skill Development
Based on your work experience and the AI agent collaboration experience of our customers, you will help improve our own agents.
Customer Success
You are successful when customers describe our services as outstanding.
Qualification
Target Market Experience
- You have experience working with our target market, including small, medium, and large enterprises, mainly in the B2B Market.
Creative & Communication Skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Good track record in corporate sales or partner management.
- Your friendly, helpful, and inspiring attitude opens many doors.
- You know to use CRM systems and keep track of follow-ups
Digital & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in social media engagement, Social Selling, Online Networking
- Well-versed with ChatGPT, Sythesia, and other AI tools
- Rapid new technology adoption. You will utilize AI Agents to accelerate content creation and develop concepts for additional agents.
General Sales Talent
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally in a tech or start-up environment.
- An extremely high degree of empathy
