Job Description – Professional AI Solution Trainer
Responsibility
BlueCallom’s AI Solutions Trainer will be among the first to have complete AI support. You will soon work with specialized Enterprise AI Services Agents trained and set up for Training Development, Training Curriculum creation. Of course, you will also have full access to our human experts.
Eight strategic responsibilities:
1) Program Development
- You will plan the key training programs ahead so we have time for marketing and prospects have time to schedule it.
- You will create and conduct training for businesses and public programs.
- You build your own material from start to finish.
- Coordinating, organizing, and conducting multi-day training sessions every month.
- You are also prepared to schedule and execute on-site programs for customers.
2) Training Programs
- Creating, organizing, and conducting training for executives, middle management, and actual users.
- Programs are available at the user, team manager, and senior executive levels.
3) AI Agent Skill Development
Based on your work experience and the agent collaboration experience of our customers, you will help the Agent Design Teams further develop those agents and create new agents for solutions that would not be possible without them.
About you
- 2+ years as a professional AI Trainer in the high-tech industry.
- You have the common sense to identify opportunities and differentiate between the best possible and good enough.
- Collaborate with other top experts and expert communities in the field
Qualification
Domain Experience
- You are an experienced trainer with strong didactic skills.
- You produce your own curriculum, tests and hand on exercises.
- You have trained others in technology and business usage.
AI Expertise
- You have a good understanding of the latest AI models and their impact, including LLMs, GPT-01, 05, RAG, and APIs.
- You understand business workflows and can rapidly adapt to a new AI paradigm
- Cloud or SaaS implementations are nothing new to you; you have experience with both the technology and business models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- You have experience as a consultant and the empathy to help others.
Cognitive Abilities
- Your curiosity is far above average, and you want to know everything.
- Your creativity is beyond the norm, and you develop unique and utterly helpful solutions.
- You are well-connected with peers and get support from other brilliant minds.

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
