Registration Terms

- BlueCallom will never compete with you for a registered opportunity as long as you have a valid, non-terminated agreement with us.
- Our resources are limited, so we can only support one partner, and we choose the partner who registers an opportunity first.
- Legally, we cannot “protect” a partner, and we won’t do so. The customer decides where they will purchase. However, 80% of the commission is paid to the first partner with whom we jointly invested time and resources. The partner who closes a deal will get 20% of the commission.
- We reserve the right to de-register an opportunity if no progress is reported for more than three months.
- We reserve the right to adjust this Partner Opportunity Registration from time to time to adjust it to the latest experience.
- Opportunities that were shared vaguely but never registered are not supported by us.
- Incomplete registrations are rendered void.
- If anything is unclear, please get in touch before registration. We do not accept any verbal or written special arrangements other than what is described here.
