Business Focus
Your organization or a dedicated department specializes in Enterprise AI solutions and their implementation, including the necessary consulting services.
Client Engagement
You have at least three existing clients interested in exploring Enterprise AI Solutions.
Organizational Capacity
As a BlueCallom partner, you must have the internal resources to support end-to-end delivery. This typically means a cross-functional team of at least 5 full-time professionals:
- Project Manager to manage timelines and communication
- Solution Specialist to tailor solutions to client needs
- Technical Lead for deployment and integration
- Support Manager for ongoing customer success
Enterprise Readiness
Having completed projects or worked with structured delivery and enterprise IT environments provides a strong foundation for delivering BlueCallom Enterprise AI Solutions effectively:
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and integration (eg. SalesForce, SAP, IBM…)
- Experience in and comfortable with navigating mid-sized to enterprise-scale delivery contexts

You help them take the next step: by introducing ready-to-implement Enterprise Workflow Intelligence (EWI) Solutions that reduce those repetitive, manual tasks and empower teams to work more creatively, collaboratively, and purposefully.
We support you every step of the way—from joint sales calls and presentations to providing marketing resources, training, and the knowledge necessary to ensure successful integration and value delivery of AI solutions for your customers. You remain the direct line to your clients, maintaining your strong relationships, and we never compete with you for your customers. This is contractually agreed.
