When visiting our Enterprise AI Solution Platform on BlueCallom.ai, we do not use your data on Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Meta unless you explicitly authorize us to do so. As part of the AI solution, your data will always be processed with OpenAI or Perplexity, based on the solution you decide to use.
2) ENGAGING
If you don’t want your name or content to be used publicly, also outside our website, PLEASE DO NOT register and do not share any content with us or our community.
3) COOKIES
Of course, we use cookies. If you are a European citizen, please consult the European Commission’s website for more details.
4) ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USAGE
BlueCallom uses Artificial Intelligence as a foundational technology across all our applications. On our website, it is only used when you enter data into forms.
5) DATA COLLECTION
No personal data, credit card information, or other data is collected when visiting our website. Of course, when contacting us, we will ask for your name and email address. When using BlueCallom.AI, we will collect and store names, company names, addresses, email addresses, payment information, and all business data you enter.
6) CROSS-BUSINESS DATA EXCHANGE
We do not support any cross-business data exchange. Specifically, we:
– DO NOT share your data, including behavioral information, search results, forums content, and other data with financial institutions like banks or credit card organizations.
– DO NOT provide your data-to-data aggregates who may build correlations between what you are searching for and any purchases you may be likely to conduct in the near future.
– DO NOT provide your personal information to insurance companies that may adjust your risk profile in accordance with your online practice.
7) EMBEDDED CONTENT
Content on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles) from other sources. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. 8) NETWORKED DATA
Comments or posts you write on our website are understood as networked data. Comments you write may be referred to by others. If you are a BlueCallom customer using BlueCallom.AI, you will be immediately notified in case of any security breaches. Notification is sent to the email address you provided in your profile.
10) POLICY UPDATES
Registered users of BlueCallom.AI will be automatically notified of any changes to our privacy policy or terms. Notification is sent to the email address you provided in your profile.
11) ADDITIONAL PRIVACY POLICY FOR CONNECTED SYSTEMS
When you log into BlueCallom’s Enterprise AI Platform, AgenticBlue, you may connect to respective ‘Data Transfer Providers’, including but not limited to Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, Perplexity, SAP, Salesforce, Weaviate, and X (Twitter).
12) ENGAGING
If you don’t want to use your data from any of the above providers, PLEASE DO NOT connect your Accounts with BlueCallom AgenticBlue (“our Platform”).
13) USER DATA COLLECTION
Upon your explicit authorization, our Application may access and use selected of your data from the following ‘Data Transfer Providers’: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, Perplexity, SAP, Salesforce, Weaviate, and X (Twitter). The collected data is used for you to perform activities and leverage the features we provide on the BlueCallom platform. Features, including:
– Google Calendar via https://www.googleapis.com: Read, create, edit, and delete your calendar events to enable AI-driven schedule management.
– Google Drive to store and retrieve data. The retrieved data are from a dedicated shared drive where data processed ed by BlueCallom are also stored.
– LinkedIn for accessing your business account to transfer posts and retrieve response information from your posts to intelligently and autonomously comment on those responses.
– Meta to autonomously share content with Facebook and/or WhatsApp.
– Microsoft to autonomously access data from your MS Dynamics system, such as customer data, transactional order processing data.
– OpenAI for accessing any large language model and corresponding GPT or image creation services that enable intelligent responses, with reasoning, research, and other background information.
– Oracle OCI to store your data, fractions of your data, or computed results in AI-specific databases on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as our primary cloud provider.
– Perplexity for accessing deep research questions and returning responses for R&D, Competition Analysis, Market Research, and many other research tasks.
– SAP for accessing their API to retrieve or store data, based on the workflow processes you decided to use.
– Salesforce to autonomously store or retrieve data from your CRM system, such as customer data or transactional process data.
– Weaviate to store your data, fractions of your data, or computed results in AI-specific, multi-tenant vector databases.
– X (Twitter). to autonomously post content on your connected Twitter account.
Access to any Data Transfer Provider must be enabled individually for each external system by an Authorized System Manager.
14) AI/ML MODEL TRAINING POLICY
We do not use any data obtained from ‘Data Transfer Providers’, including Google Workspace APIs, to develop, train, or improve generalized (non-personalized) AI or ML models.
15) THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING AND SEGREGATION
BlueCallom utilizes an enterprise-grade AI Data Transfer Provider (see User Data Collection) to process specific workflows. These integrations adhere to strict data segregation and protection standards:
– Non-Training Policy: We utilize enterprise endpoints where providers are contractually prohibited from using business data for model training. Data sent to the AI API is used solely to generate the requested response. While providers do not use this data to improve their models, they may securely retain it for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) solely for abuse monitoring and safety compliance, after which it is permanently deleted.
– Data Segregation: We strictly segregate User Data from ‘Data Transfer Providers’ such as: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, Perplexity, SAP, Salesforce, Weaviate, and X (Twitter). Only the specific content required for a user-requested task is transmitted; no unnecessary metadata is shared.
16) DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
To support the core functionality of BlueCallom—specifically enabling users to manage long-running enterprise workflows, review past event logistics, and maintain audit trails for business compliance—we retain data obtained from connected third-party services from all above-mentioned ‘Data Transfer Providers’ for the duration of your active account lifecycle.
– Manual Deletion Requests: You retain full control over your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your stored third-party data (including all ‘Data Transfer Provider’s data) at any time, by sending a request to our designated support email address. Upon receiving such a request, we will permanently erase the specified data from our servers within 7 days, overriding our standard retention schedule.
17) DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Any data retrieved from any of our ‘Data Transfer Providers’, like event IDs, document IDs, or meeting links, process requests, workflow data, AI responses, social media content or comments, research data, accessed by our solution, is securely stored with industry-standard security measures.
18) DATA SHARING
Your data inside BlueCallom.ai or connected to BlueCallom.ai from any ‘Data Transfer Provider’ partner as listed above, is never sold or shared for any other reason than processing within the intended workflows. Sharing is strictly limited to:
– Security and abuse investigations.
– Compliance with applicable laws or valid legal requests.
– Trusted service providers are bound by contract to secure your data and use it only for services on our behalf.
– Corporate transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions) only with your explicit prior consent.
19) LIMITED USE COMPLIANCE
We adhere strictly to the Limited Use requirements of: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, Perplexity, SAP, Salesforce, Weaviate, and X (Twitter).
– Data is solely used for enhancing prominent user-facing features.
– Data is never used for personalized advertising, interest-based marketing, or credit evaluation.
– Humans will not access your data unless explicitly authorized by you, necessary for security
reasons, legally mandated, or aggregated anonymously for internal operations compliant with privacy standards.
20) MANAGING YOUR CONNECTION
You have complete control and can manage or revoke Application access to your connected Account from ‘Data Transfer Providers’ at any time through your Account security settings at Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, and X (Twitter).
Revoking access stops further data retrieval, though data already accessed may be retained in accordance with our data retention policies.
