You focus on the Tech & Energy industry. Your experience and connections in that industry will be critical to accelerate your access rate. - SALES RESPONSIBILITY

Help customers envision BlueCallom’s value. Never sell – Help make buying their success. - EMPATHINC ENGAGEMENT
Understand customer needs and craft an AI-driven strategy for each prospect. Help them envision what it feels like to work with BlueCallom. - HELP YOUR CUSTOMER SCALE
Enterprise AI Customers are not single-shot deals. They will work and scale with us for years. You are responsible for helping them to scale on their timeline.
Qualification
Target Market Experience
- You have profound sales experience working with enterprises of 1,000 – 20,000 employees, including how they operate, what they require from a vendor like us, and how to engage with them.
- You understand the economics of a SaaS business model and ideally of the new Pay-per-Use models. You understand the typical requirements customers have when working with cloud-based solutions.
- You will not use any CRM system, but you know how they work.
Technology affinity
- You are excited by AI’s rapid evolution
- Well-versed with ChatGPT or other AI tools.
- You don’t need any technological expertise to ensure our customers’ success.
General Human Engagement Talent
- Connect with a large number of people every day.
- Research customer insights to gauge their potential benefits from working with us.
- Ensuring that top opportunities are best supported and connected internally
- Deeply understand every prospect or existing customer before reaching out. You get the best sales tool in the world.
- Be deeply personalized and creative in your approach and communication.
More About you
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales (100k+ deal size).
- You are no stranger to solution selling and understand corporate sales efforts.
- You are familiar with the AI space and the corresponding cloud services environment.
- You are looking forward to working with advanced AI technology, so you don’t need to deal with sales funnels, forecasting, or sales reports.

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
Home office won’t work for us.
