BlueCallom Night brought together around 100 guests for an evening focused on Enterprise AI and the future of work. The event featured strong talks, engaging conversations, and valuable networking.

What stood out was not only the quality of the speakers, but also the range of topics discussed. Enterprise AI was not treated only as a technology topic. It was also explored in connection with leadership, business models, collaboration, employability, and the future of work.

One message came through clearly throughout the evening. AI creates the greatest value when it helps people focus on higher-value work. It is not only a tool for efficiency. It is also changing how companies operate, make decisions, and grow.

We were happy to have Carsten Sudhoff as our speaker at BlueCallom Night 7. Carsten has spent his life building and strengthening networks across cultures, continents, and industries. As the former Chief Human Resources Officer of the World Economic Forum, he experienced first-hand how meaningful human connections can help solve complex challenges and create breakthroughs. Klaus Schlichtherle

At BlueCallom Night 7, Klaus Schlichtherle joined us as a speaker to share his perspective as Group CEO and Member of the Board of Infinigate Group. Since taking on the CEO role in January 2018, Klaus has led the company through significant profit growth and market share gains. With more than three decades of experience in the IT channel, he has managed high growth businesses across EMEA and held senior leadership roles at Computer 2000, Tech Data, Nortel and Logitech. His work has focused on strategic growth, business transformation and the evolution of cloud infrastructure and services.

Florian Kollmeier

Florian brought valuable insight to BlueCallom Night 7 from his work in cloud computing, digital transformation and enterprise technology. As a Senior Account Manager at Oracle, he supports customers across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Applications, Oracle SaaS and other hyperscaler environments. With a broad understanding of modern IT landscapes, he helps organizations make holistic technology decisions that drive innovation, ensure smooth business operations and maximize return on investment.

Heinrich Zetlmayer

Heinrich Zetlmayer contributed a strong entrepreneurial and transformation focused perspective to BlueCallom Night 7. As founder, CEO and managing partner of BVV, he brings a rare combination of leadership experience, strategic insight and hands on knowledge from complex business transformations. His previous roles include Vice President at IBM, Co CEO of ESL, CEO of skaylink and leader of ADL’s Global Operations Practice. With deep experience in turnarounds, business development and organizational change, Heinrich offers a distinctive view on what makes transformation projects succeed and where they often fail.
