Job Description – Enterprise AI Trainer
Responsibility
BlueCallom’s Enterprise AI Trainer will be among the first to have complete AI support. You will leverage AI tools to create your curriculum, from presentations to tests, learning material, and visualization. Also videos and other tools.
Responsibilities:
1) Program Development
- You will plan and create the curricula for businesses and public programs.
- You build your own material incl. tests and certification, from start to finish.
- Coordinating, organizing, and conducting multi-day training sessions every month.
- You are also prepared to create all the necessary material to promote the programs.
2) Program Execution
- Conducting the defined trainings for the three main groups,
executives, managers, and users, including tests and certification. - Conducting customer-specific training, including tests and certification.
3) Project Engagement
- You will participate in several project meetings, present, and learn from the needs to address them in the customer’s specific training.
- You may also join sales presentations if time permits to keep an ear on the market.
4) AI Agent Skill Development
Based on your work experience and our customers’ agent collaboration experience, you will help the Agent Design Teams further develop those agents and create new agents for solutions that would not be possible without them.
Qualification
Domain Experience
- You are an experienced trainer with strong didactic skills.
- You produce your own curriculum, tests and hand on exercises.
- You have trained others in technology and business usage.
AI Expertise
- You have a good understanding of the latest AI models and their impact, including LLMs, GPT-01, 05, RAG, and APIs.
- You understand business workflows and can rapidly adapt to a new AI paradigm
- Cloud or SaaS implementations are nothing new to you; you have experience with both the technology and business models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- You have experience as a consultant and the empathy to help others.

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
